A Dog Escapes From A Cage To Comfort Some Puppies

Maggie, a dog like no other

It all happened at the Canadian Barkers Pet Motel and Grooming kennel, an NGO that houses the dogs of people who go on vacation, in addition to taking in orphaned or homeless dogs, which are rescued to take care of them properly and then give them up for adoption to a family that loves them.

In this place was the beautiful Maggie, a brown canine belonging to the Australian Shepherd breed, which have been characterized throughout history for being faithful and protective dogs at all times.

This beautiful dog had just had one of the bittersweet moments of her life, as the pups to whom she had recently given birth managed to find a healthy family that adopted them to give them their love and take care of them in the right way.

An early morning that changed everything

Although Maggie did not have a good mood, the truth is that she was not depressed thanks to how much she was distracted with other dogs, and especially with Alex Aldred, a local worker whom the canine adored very much .

The life of this canine in the enclosure was limited to taking long naps, going out to sunbathe and take a walk in the fresh air, receiving all the affection in the world from Alex and enjoying the delicious meals that were served there.

The arrival of the cubs

At that time all the canines slept peacefully in their respective metal cages, until their placid dreams were suddenly interrupted by the cries of a series of puppies that had just entered the enclosure, since they did not have a mother to take care of them and will watch over them.

Being their first night in the center, the little ones were scared and insecure, so their cries were the natural manifestation of the state in which they were, not knowing the place and feeling completely helpless.

Faced with this fact, Maggie was moved by the fragility of the puppies, and decided to escape from her cage to look for them and keep them company.

As soon as he managed to get out of the space in which he was resting, the canine would begin to search the long and illuminated corridor for the cage of the dogs to be with them.

An exemplary mother

Although Maggie had always shown her undisputed love, her attitude at that moment was much more cheerful than normal, intensifying even more the moment they were facing the cage where the puppies were.

Alex at that moment understood that the beautiful brown canine was asking him to let her be with them, at which point the enclosure worker decided to open the cage and allow Maggie to enter.

Once inside, the canine would snuggle up with them and make them feel comfortable, reaching the point where that night they managed to sleep together without any inconvenience.

Faced with this touching fact, the workers of the campus have decided to let Maggie always stay with them until the day someone adopts them.
